Pasta Runs in Our Family
When I was two weeks old, my parents died in a horrific car accident, and I was adopted and raised by a family of Italian rats. My father, Remi, taught me everything there is to know about pasta - he used to sit on my head and direct me to make the perfect Italian dishes. After nearly a decade of rigorous non-stop training, I was able to take my first steps into restaurant management. I opened my first restaurant named after my father, it was an immediate success and blew up in popularity. Using the profits of my first restaurant I was able to open many more around the country and eventually the world. I soon became one of the richest people alive but I then realized that's not what my father would have wanted. I shut down all my restaurants and donated nearly all of my money to charity leaving just enough to open one last restaurant to carry on my fathers legacy and outstanding talent. That restaurant is the one and only Ottimo Cibo.
